Srdjan Kojic
I build AI agents for pharma and financial services, and the checks that stop them making things up.
Agentic AI engineering lead at Cognizant Netcentric. Eighteen years from server rooms to multi-agent systems in daily use.
Selected work
-
Figma to code, checked in a real browser
A multi-agent pipeline that turns designs into production code and only passes what renders correctly. Frontend delivery time fell 60–70%.
Merck KGaA, 2026. Case study
-
Agents across company processes
Orchestration connected to national-registry data, invoicing and the CRM. Time-to-information fell by more than 40%.
AutoSync, Oslo, 2024 to today
-
AI code review before human review
SonarQube and GitHub Actions enforce the frontend standards before a person reads the change. Delivered ahead of deadline.
Celonis, 2025
-
A secure feature, one approved plan at a time
A file vault in Next.js and PostgreSQL, built by an agent through human-approved plans and pass/fail gates.
Public workshop. Read it
-
LinkedIn scheduler MCP
An MCP server that lets an AI assistant publish and schedule LinkedIn posts. Posts go out from GitHub Actions, so your computer can be off.
Open source
-
n8n fit gate
An n8n workflow that fails loudly and names the missing field instead of inventing one.

Speaking
I talk about building AI agents that people can check, from the build side. Every talk comes from a system in production or a public repository.
-
Agents that fail loudly
Why a missing field should stop the workflow instead of being filled in.
Talk, 30 to 40 minutes
Checked in a real browser
What changes when AI-written code has to pass before anyone reviews it.
Talk or case study, 30 minutes
One approved plan at a time
Building a secure feature with an agent, a person approving each step.
Workshop, 2 to 3 hours
Organisers and hosts: email me for a bio, headshots and the topic sheet.

About
I started in server rooms. For ten years I ran network infrastructure for Serbia's national pension fund, then built the public site where people view their own pension records.
Since 2019 I've built enterprise platforms at Cognizant Netcentric in Berlin, much of it with the client: requirement workshops, estimates, and presenting to the people who decide budgets.
For the last two years I've designed the multi-agent systems that write production code alongside those teams, connected to Jira, Figma, Confluence and the browser.
